Thank you for the recent calls. It has been great to connect! In the document below I hope that you will get a chance to take a brief look at some of these ideas related to further marketing & growing Endaoment. I appreciate you letting me share some of my ideas with you. The work from you and your team has been incredibly inspiring to see.

I have been blessed to be able to work in leadership positions in tech and focus on building digital products that tens of millions of people have been able to use. Now I desire to take this experience and use it to help add even more value to world class organizations like Endaoment. After starting, building and selling multiple companies, I know first hand just how important it is to find great people.  As you seek to grow and find great people to join your organization I hope that we can continue this discussion about possibly working together going forward.

The Overview

There is so much potential to combine philanthropy and web3. As you have mentioned before, it really is an untapped market. So much more growth is possible over the next number of years.

Below you will find a few early ideas related to consistent and repeatable work that can help the Endaoment continue to grow.  We begin with a number of ideas related to marketing and growing donation amounts and at the bottom there is a section with more unique ideas related to growth that you may also review.  As we discussed on the recent calls, my goal would be to add a tremendous amount of value to your great organization.

A few key metrics that we could focus on and possibly improve:

• Increase traffic to all of the key channels. Website, Twitter, Medium.
• Creating new communication/marketing channels such as Youtube.
• Clear dashboards to closely watch engagement and participation. I believe in consistent and steady growth.
• And ultimately, help Endaoment on its journey to 5X the total amount raised for charities. It would be incredible to celebrate over $150 million raised for nonprofits around the world.

Put simply, what would it look like to work together to be able to move even faster and continue to build one of worlds best nonprofit organizations in the entire crypto & Web3 space?
